The “San Benito” project, located in Azul District (Buenos Aires Province), is developed within the city’s Complementary Area and includes 176 plots for single-family housing. Its primary function is residential, complemented by sports and recreational facilities. The design features a 1.7-hectare central park that preserves the Pampas landscape, with leisure areas strategically arranged. Part of the land will be transferred to the municipality as public green space, supporting environmental quality and community integration.
