This study presents a comprehensive proposal for land use, management, and the implementation of urban policies for General Fernández Oro, aimed at guiding urban growth through appropriate land regulation. The work is structured in three stages: a diagnostic assessment of the current urban situation, a strategic formulation defining the city vision and lines of action, and a territorial management and land-use plan that establishes concrete interventions and introduces new management tools. The process was developed using a participatory methodology, fostering consensus among local stakeholders and strengthening both the outcomes and the Municipality’s institutional experience.
