Technical Assistance for Land Distribution

This work provides technical assistance to the Municipality of San Patricio del Chañar (Neuquén) for the development of a municipal ordinance regulating land subdivision in accordance with the local Urban and Territorial Planning Code. The proposal covers 14.65 hectares and incorporates planning criteria ensuring land allocation for public green spaces (10%) and community facilities (5%). The area is structured around Provincial Route No. 7 as a consolidated edge, the incorporation of Picada 5½ as a new north–south axis, and the integration of the Canal Park Road (CPC) within the hierarchical road network.
